What Telos does
Take a quick survey and get a ranked shortlist built around you, or explore the whole database by field. Every listing is researched company by company: its tier, how competitive it is, and the majors it actually recruits, so your matches show where you'd genuinely fit.
Every apply link is agent verified against the live posting, so you never chase a dead link, and the database refreshes itself automatically every hour. It's a work in progress, with new fields going live all the time.
Once you start applying, the dashboard becomes your home base. Every saved role sits in one place and moves from saved to applied to interview as you go, so you always know where you stand. There's a resume checker that shows how you'd read to an applicant tracking system, plus a few quiet charts that show your progress.
